Payment:
Payment must be full before departure. We do not accept credit cards payment.
Our bank is Maybank or Malayan banking, account number is 511029511781.
The name of the company is Borneo Touch Ecotour Sdn Bhd.
Cancellations/Refunds:
50% of the full payment is refundable in the event of a cancellation by the participant one week before departure. On the day of going, there is no refund for cancellation of tour by the participant.
In the event of cancellation by the tour operator, the full amount will be refunded.
Travel Documents/ Health Requirements:
Participants are required to possess a passport with at least 6 months of validity beyond the ending date of the tour. Participants should be reasonably fit and healthy.
Responsibility of Tour Participants:
Participants are required to follow the laws of Malaysia.
Participants are also required to be environmentally and socially responsible during the tour by maintaining proper conduct and proper disposal of litter.
This is an adventurous tour. Any deviations, delay, eventualities and/or cancellations or otherwise from the itinerary should be expected and taken with humor. Be prepared to rough it out.
Insurance
The tour operator provides travel insurance for each participant. The coverage will be for the days of the tour. Accidents or eventualities not covered by the travel insurance are to be borne solely by the participants themselves.
